[About Egg Size]
We generally include sizes from 50-70g (MS-L).

[Egg Characteristics]
?Red-shelled with beautiful brownish-red shells. The shells and inner membrane are sturdier compared to commercially available eggs.
?The yolk can be picked up with your finger.
?The egg white is firm and elastic, making it suitable for baking sweets like chiffon cake.
?The taste is mild and unobtrusive, but with a strong inherent egg flavor. We often receive feedback that they are delicious, traditional eggs with a rich taste.

[About Feed]
?The feed is a balanced blend of feed primarily made from corn, along with local ingredients such as okara from Saiki, dried sardines, soy sauce lees from Oita, rice bran, rice, and oyster shells from Hiroshima, supplemented with green feed like daikon leaves.
?No hormones or antibiotics are used.

[Expiration Date and Storage]
?The expiration date is 3 weeks from the date of laying. For raw consumption, please consume within 2 weeks. Store at room temperature (in a cool place, avoiding high temperatures and humidity).
