This is a set of two 270mm (1 shaku) and 300mm (1 shaku 1 sun) double-edged saws from the late Mr. Choichiro Sato (retired).

He had a deep connection with Chosho and is said to have pursued saws that cut exceptionally well.
A blacksmith whose saws were said to be the sharpest in saw history.

A saw that combines tenacity, hardness, and flexibility.

These are hand-forged saws that are guaranteed to cut.
They cut incredibly well!

There is little rust, and the condition is good.

This listing is for a set of two saws.
These saws are primarily used for joinery and notching in workshops.
They can also be used to cut large lumber when brought to a site in a saw bag.

It is unlikely that many saws in this condition, at this price, and in new condition remain.
We cannot sell them individually.

Extremely difficult to obtain.
