This is a Japanese-made tile cutter.

How about this for DIY tile installation or as a backup machine for professionals?

It has been stored in a warehouse and shows signs of use and age, such as scratches, dirt, rust, and paint peeling overall. (Please check the photos for the condition.)
The basic moving parts, such as the lever movement and guide fixation, have been disassembled and lubricated, and their movement has been confirmed. However, detailed precision and blade wear have not been tested by actually cutting tiles. Therefore, it is being sold as-is (junk).
