This is Akita Komachi rice that I cultivated for personal use. It's been 5 years since I started selling it due to popular demand.
Akita Komachi grown in Aomori!
The rice is grown in paddies using river water fed by snowmelt and rainwater from the World Heritage Shirakami-Sanchi mountains.
I used to grow Aomori rice.
After tasting this rice, I found it so delicious that I started getting seedlings from an Akita rice farmer the following year, and that's how I've continued to this day.
The rice is stored in a dedicated rice refrigerator. I have a rice polisher at home, so I will polish and ship it after receiving your order.
Low pesticide use (herbicide was applied only once).

The rice will be shipped in a zipper-lock polyethylene storage bag, packed in a 60-size box via YuYu-bin (Japan Post's delivery service).
Please store in a cool, dark place after arrival.
