Uonuma Koshihikari from Niigata Prefecture is a brand rice cultivated in Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, renowned as the best in Japan.
The Uonuma region is one of Japan's leading heavy snowfall areas, boasting an ideal environment for rice cultivation with abundant snowmelt water, mineral-rich soil, and a climate with significant temperature differences between day and night.
These conditions support the superior quality of Uonuma Koshihikari.

Our rice storage warehouse is equipped with a low-temperature cooling system for rice preservation. The brown rice is stored at a low temperature between 12-15°C. We polish the rice and hand-pack it into bags just before shipping upon receiving your order.
