I purchased this for DIY and used it once or twice, but I am selling it as I no longer need it.

This is a guide ruler for cutting lumber at a right angle with an electric circular saw.
When you press down on the handle, the non-slip rubber lowers and adheres to the material, securing it firmly.
It has a heel shape that allows it to stand straight when propped up.
