We offer express shipping for an additional 400 yen, or Yu-Pack (Japan Post's parcel service) for an additional 800 yen.

To offer a lower price, we select the 4th Class Mail option, which typically takes about 3-4 days for delivery. (Delivery time may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions.)

We ship on Mondays and Fridays, unless it is a public holiday.
While the post office does not deliver on weekends, the transportation of mail continues, so shipping over the weekend does not increase the delivery time.
Express shipping usually arrives the next day, although it can vary depending on weather and traffic conditions.
(Express shipping and Yu-Pack deliver on weekends and holidays.)
Please feel free to let us know if you have a preference for shipping on Monday or Friday.

While most plants arrive in good condition with standard mail, we have received feedback from some customers that their plants arrived dead.
As there is a possibility of wilting, temperature-related changes, or damage during transit, we recommend express shipping.
If you do not opt for express shipping, we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. Therefore, please understand that this is a no-claim, entirely self-responsibility purchase.

As it is now possible to change ratings after submission, we will change any negative ratings to Disappointing for those who complain or leave a Disappointing rating without choosing express shipping.
