◆How to Brew Delicious (Rou Gui) Tea
① Place 4-5g of your preferred tea into a teapot (a Japanese kyusu is fine).
One sachet may be too much. Please adjust the strength and flavor to your liking.

② Pour in boiling water, and once the tea leaves have loosened, immediately discard the water. (This is called washing the tea. Be careful not to wash too much, as this will cause the umami to be lost.)

③ Pour in boiling water again. Chinese tea brews very quickly, so the steeping time is very short.
