This is a tea set consisting of two lidded Meoto Yunomi (pair of teacups for husband and wife) and a teapot, made of Satsuma ware (Shiro Satsuma), a traditional craft of Kagoshima Prefecture.
These are high-quality items from the kiln Kinko Tougei.

The characteristic warm, creamy white porcelain of Shiro Satsuma, with its elegant luster, features fine kannyu (craquelure). Over this, vibrant chrysanthemums, plants, and beautiful gold accents are delicately hand-painted by artisans, creating a very luxurious appearance.

A wooden box (tomobako) is also included, making it ideal for collections, entertaining on special occasions, or as a gift for loved ones.

Product Condition:
- The main items are new, unused, and in beautiful condition. There are no chips or cracks.
- The wooden box has tape marks from storage and age-related dirt (please check the photos).
