Sagawa Express - Large Item Delivery

[Notes]
As these are living plants, we ask for your understanding and agreement regarding the following points.
All items will be shipped as pictured, the actual plant.

?Upon arrival, please open the package immediately and water the plant as soon as possible.
?We take great care in packaging. While we pack to minimize damage to the leaves, the soft tips may be slightly bent for packaging.
The direction of the leaves may become accustomed to their position, but they will return to normal within a few days.
?Some plants may have minor damage to leaves or stems, but this does not affect their growth.
?Small branches may break or fall during packaging and transport. We may also prune slightly during packaging.
?Gift wrapping is not available.

[Changes in Plant Shape]
As these are living organisms, their shape may change due to growth by the time they are delivered.
This is especially true for items photographed some time ago, where changes may be more significant.
If you are concerned, please inquire beforehand via the question section.

[Regarding Height]
We place a ruler against a wall and photograph the plant in front of it, so there may be slight errors due to perspective.
As all items are shipped as pictured, please confirm the height in the photos.

[Regarding Time Specification]
We primarily ship via Sagawa Express.
There may be areas where time specification is not possible. We can add time specification at the time of shipping, but please contact Sagawa Express directly for inquiries after shipping (e.g., if it hasn't arrived or when it will arrive).
