They are delicious tempura-style, dipped in mentsuyu (noodle dipping sauce), or added to soba noodles. I also enjoy them as tempura with mentsuyu, or in soba or udon noodles.
Making them into fuki-no-to miso is a great way to enjoy them with rice and savor them for a long time.
★ To maintain freshness, they will be shipped with soil attached. Please refrain from ordering if you are in a distant location such as remote islands, as it may affect freshness.
