These are apricots from my garden, grown without pesticides or herbicides. You can use them with peace of mind!
I've packed as many as will fit into a compact delivery box. Please ripen them to your desired state before using. They are best when slightly firm for compotes.
The apricots are starting to change color, so they may ripen further during transport. I've packed them with the fewest blemishes possible, but if any become damaged or overripe, they are perfect for jam or other preserves!
If they are firm, leave them as they are for about 2 days. They will start to color and develop a lovely fragrance. When they smell fragrant, they are considered fully ripe.

Apricots are delicate and spoil quickly once fully ripe. Therefore, we recommend purchases from customers in regions that can receive delivery within one day from Fukuoka Prefecture. For all other customers, please purchase with the understanding that ripening and potential spoilage during transport may occur.
