Mackerel Chrysanthemum Stone, Single Flower Pattern, with Stand, Approx. 4kg, Display Stone, Suiseki, Natural Stone

This is one of my father's cherished stones.
This is a Sabi Chrysanthemum Stone, with a single flower pattern powerfully emerging from a deep-toned matrix.

The base was also handmade by my father to match the stone.

It's not the type with many flashy flowers, but the single flower gives it a unique presence.

The matrix, which includes deep red and black tones, has a profound landscape, and I feel a quiet atmosphere within its ruggedness.

The white crystalline parts also have a strong natural feel, and I believe its imperfectly refined appearance is part of this stone's charm.

Depending on the angle, you can also see reddish scenery, and when you gaze at it, it has a flavor reminiscent of an old painting.

*There is a small chip on the leg of the base.
This is why it is listed as slightly scratched or dirty.
It does not affect its use, but please check the images if you are concerned.
