?We will generally ship the individual shown in the photo.

?Regarding price negotiations, we are generally not inclined to accept them. However, we may consider them depending on simultaneous purchases with other items or the purchase amount.

?Let's discuss shipping dates thoroughly.

?Regarding time-of-day delivery, depending on the destination region, if you select morning delivery, it may arrive in the afternoon or take two days due to distance.
For regions other than Chugoku, Kinki, and Shikoku, please understand that next-day morning delivery is generally difficult. As we do not know your address, we would appreciate it if you could check the estimated arrival time.

?For packaging, we will use styrofoam with oxygen packing and adjust with heat packs or cold packs depending on the season.

?There is no guarantee, including for deaths during transit.
Of course, we will ship to prevent deaths, but please understand this clearly before proceeding with the transaction.

?There are no restrictions on shipping regions, but we generally use Japan Post for shipping. We do not offer additional services, so please assume a two-day delivery time for remote islands, Okinawa, and Hokkaido.
