Propolis is a precious substance that bees create by combining resin from flower stamens, tree buds, and bark with their own glandular secretions to protect their hives from contamination and maintain their own health.
The propolis from the hive is crushed, mixed with honey, etc., and formed into granules for easy consumption.
It can be taken for daily health maintenance.
