This is a caulking/sealing finishing tool for pressing backer material.

? The rubber on this product is attached with instant adhesive, not double-sided tape, making it resistant to peeling even when washed with solvents like thinner after use.
To remove, simply scrape it off with a utility knife for a clean finish.
