Happy Hill (Non-glutinous) Seed Rice (Reiwa 7 Harvest)

This seed rice is self-collected using no-till paddy cultivation without fertilizers or pesticides, in an environment with temperature fluctuations.
After harvest, it was dried in the sun on racks.

We continue the lineage of Happy Hill, developed by Masanobu Fukuoka, who advocated natural farming, connecting seeds while utilizing the power of water and soil.
This variety has stable initial growth and strong tillering ability.
