Please refer to the internet or books for cultivation methods.
Tanba black beans are known nationwide as large, premium beans originating from Tanba Sasayama in Hyogo Prefecture.
At 76 Farm, we cultivate Tanba variety black beans in the mountainous region of Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, at an altitude of 500m.
We carefully grow them over time, from soil preparation to harvest, without using pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers, while respecting the rich natural environment.
Black edamame is enjoyed when black beans, typically used in Osechi-ryori (New Year's traditional cuisine), are eaten young.
Their exceptional deliciousness comes from their large size, umami, sweetness, and rich flavor.
Please enjoy freshly harvested black edamame and large black beans grown by you!
