Description
【Peace of Mind, Safety, Pesticide-Free Brown Rice】
This is Koshihikari rice from Saitama Prefecture, harvested in Reiwa 7 (2025).
This is 5kg of brown rice.
Our farmer-direct Koshihikari is 100% pure and incredibly delicious!
Our family has been farming for over 400 years since the Edo period, cultivating rice with a dedication passed down through generations. Furthermore, our farm uses organic fertilizers and is pesticide-free, resulting in an exceptional taste! The excellent soil quality also contributes to a stronger umami flavor compared to other Koshihikari rice. It's also perfect for sprouted brown rice!
Delicious rice comes from good soil. Good soil isn't made overnight! We are confident in the taste that only a farmer who has strived to produce delicious rice for many years can achieve.
Moreover! Our rice isn't just delicious. Being pesticide-free and chemical-fertilizer-free means it's gentle on your body. Our rice is not cheap. However, health cannot be bought with money. We especially want those with small children and those who are health-conscious to try it.
Saitama is actually a hidden gem for rice production. We often hear people say, I used to look down on Saitama rice, but I was so surprised by how incredibly delicious it is! It's no match for famous rice-producing regions! Please try it once.
The timing of the rice harvest greatly affects its taste. We harvest slightly earlier than the optimal time. It's common knowledge among producers that rice with a slight hint of unripe grains is the most delicious.
How about trying farmer's rice, which is completely different from what you find at supermarkets or rice shops?
Thank you for your consideration. (^^)
