?? How to Use: Various parts can be utilized
. Leaves are used as a spice for meat dishes, fish dishes, egg dishes, and vegetable marinades. They can be used in cooked dishes like sautéing and stewing, as well as in raw preparations like marinating salmon with vegetables.
. Flowers are used in marinades, pickles, oil infusions, and as decoration.

?? Cultivation Method
. Sowing: In a planter container about 45-60 cm in size, fill with soil, make holes about 1 cm deep with your finger, and sow 4-5 seeds per hole. Afterward, thin the seedlings to grow, aiming for one plant per pot or 3-4 plants per planter.
. Transplanting: Plant 3-4 seedlings in a planter. For ground planting, dig planting holes so that the spacing between plants is at least 20 cm. In either case, do not crumble the soil attached to the roots. Also, if there is a risk of the ground freezing in winter, cover the base of the plants with straw or non-woven fabric for frost protection.
Once the plants reach a height of 20 cm or more, pinch the tips to encourage more side shoots, which also serves as harvesting.
. Harvesting: Harvesting is possible when the plants reach a height of 20-30 cm or more.
