Stir-fries (stir-fried with bell peppers and oyster sauce, garlic, pork, etc.), boiled dishes (simmered with fried tofu, blanched water spinach), salads, steamed with tuna and ginger.
● Harvesting
Harvest by cutting the entire plant when it reaches about 30 cm in height.
Alternatively, when the plant is about 20-25 cm tall, harvest the tips, leaving 3-5 nodes from the base.
New shoots will then grow, and you can harvest them sequentially.

Narrow leaf bok choy is considered a type of Chinese lettuce, similar to Romaine lettuce, and is classified as a non-heading lettuce. Its leaves are long and narrow, and unlike Romaine lettuce, the tips are pointed rather than rounded.
The leaves are slim, and the white core of the leaf is also narrow. The entire leaf has a gentle yellowish-green color. The central stalk of the plant is not very tough and can be eaten finely shredded.
If you cannot use them all at once, store them in the vegetable crisper of your refrigerator (5-10°C).
