The Aspar Cuppa QP-01 is a compact and lightweight ultrasonic sealer that is easy to use. This product allows for easy sealing simply by clamping, making it ideal for use in offices, factories, and homes.

[Applications]
Egg cartons, food packs, stand-up pouches, net packaging, temporary sealing, etc.

[How to Use]
(1) Turn on the main unit's power switch.

(2) Set the welding time volume. If using for the first time, set it around the middle.

(3) Grip the handpiece and lightly clamp the area you wish to weld. (Applying excessive force may cause malfunction.)

(4) Once the heating lamp turns off and welding is complete, slowly open the handpiece.

(5) If the weld is insufficient, increase the welding time. If it melts too much, decrease the welding time.

[Features]
Since it does not use metal needles or adhesive tape, there is no risk of foreign object contamination. Also, as it is an ultrasonic sealer, there are no parts that are constantly heated, reducing the risk of burns.
(Heat buildup in the sealed area may occur during continuous sealing operations.)

A magnet is built into the inside of the handpiece, and a steel plate is incorporated into the main unit's case, allowing you to secure the handpiece on top of the main unit.

*A squeaking sound may occur during welding, but this is due to ultrasonic vibrations and is not an abnormality.

*Welding may not be possible depending on the material, material thickness, surface treatment, coating, etc. Welding tests can be performed by sending packaging material samples to the manufacturer, so please consult us if you have any concerns.
