This is a curly parsley that has been commonly distributed in Japan for a long time.
It is rich in vitamins, calcium, iron, minerals, etc.,
and has outstanding nutritional value compared to other green and yellow vegetables.

Always harvest from the outer leaves.
If you harvest too many leaves at once, the plant will weaken,
so always leave at least 10 leaves.
(Even for large plants, harvest no more than 1/3 of the total at once.)
It is cold-tolerant and continues to grow year-round.
It self-seeds and multiplies every year.
