Yamanashi Prefecture Grown Organic Sansho Peppers, 100g

Sansho peppers harvested from my garden.
Grown organically, without fertilizer, and picked by hand in their natural state.

As I am not a farmer but an amateur, please judge the quality from the images.
*I do my best to remove leaves, debris, and insects, but I apologize in advance if any remain.

Harvested on May 21, 2026.
100g is about one bowlful.
(Since the stems are still attached, I will include an extra 10g.)

To maintain freshness, it is apparently better to leave them on the stems, so I will send them as shown in the images.

I plan to ship them at room temperature via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
Please let me know if you prefer a different shipping method.

- Salt-pickled
- Soy sauce-pickled
- Oil-pickled
- Chirimen Sansho (sansho with dried sardines)
- Simmered fish
- Takikomi gohan (mixed rice)
- Syrup-pickled and mixed with soda
- Honey-pickled
- Infused in gin or shochu for flavored highballs
- Dried, seeds removed, and ground into sansho powder
