10.00 $
Description
The Great Hange (Oohange) is a perennial plant of the Araceae family, with a corm (bulb) measuring 3-5 cm in diameter, native to the moist forest floors of Honshu (west of the Chubu region) to Amami Oshima. It produces a bright green spathe in early summer. Unlike Arisaema ringens, it is characterized by the absence of bulbils on its petioles. The corm goes dormant in winter as the above-ground parts wither.
Expected to bloom this year.
Shipped as a bare-root plant.
