?? 7 Wild Butterbur Seedlings ?? Wild Butterbur, Fuki-no-to Seedlings

This is a set of 7 wild-harvested butterbur seedlings.

These are natural, wild varieties with rich flavor.
Unlike cultivated varieties sold in supermarkets, they have a significantly better aroma and taste.

All photos are for reference.
These are natural wild butterbur from Chiba Prefecture, known for their excellent flavor and deliciousness.
In Chiba, we harvest them outside of mid-summer (when they become tough and less tasty) and winter (when the leaves wither) and use them in simmered dishes and stir-fries.
Once planted, they will multiply, and you can harvest fuki-no-to (butterbur buds) in the spring.
