Fresh raw garlic harvested on May 17th, grown in Minamikawachi, Osaka Prefecture, without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides.
This is a seasonal raw garlic, available only at this time of year, offering a juicy freshness and rich aroma that can only be enjoyed before drying. We recommend consuming it within one month.

Compared to nearby supermarkets where medium-sized garlic from Aomori Prefecture sells for around 198 yen (excluding tax) per bulb, and even Chinese garlic for about 98 yen (excluding tax) for three bulbs, this 1kg pack offers great value.

To preserve the freshness of the harvest as much as possible, we will ship it with the thin outer skin peeled and the soil lightly removed. Some soil may remain.

Storage method:
Store in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area.
By placing it in a draining net (available at 100-yen shops) and hanging it, you can easily dry and store it. Depending on the condition, it can be stored for about six months.
After receiving the product, please store it according to the instructions as soon as possible.
