I purchased it on Amazon about 2 months ago and used it for about 10 minutes, but I am listing it because it is no longer needed.

Regarding packaging, I will leave small screws and other parts attached so it's easy to understand where they go.
However, since the box and product are a tight fit, I will be partially disassembling it for packaging.
