To ensure delivery in good condition:
Ryukyu Grass is sensitive to drying out, so it will be shipped in a ?food storage bag? with added moisture.

A little extra will be included.

When Ryukyu Grass is dug up, some plants may be connected, roots may be tangled, and weeds or insects may be present.
If not divided and planted, subsequent growth will be slow. I will divide the plants, thoroughly clean tangled roots, and ship them in a state ready for immediate planting upon arrival.
Long roots will be trimmed.
Due to the time required for preparation, shipping is set for 4 to 7 days, but I will ship as soon as possible once preparations are complete.
Some connected clumps may be included. If dividing them risks breaking the roots, they will be sent connected.

The roots will be dug up, washed with water, and shipped in a clean condition.
Some soil will remain.
An extra amount will be included.
