These Castella liner papers are being sold due to the closure of my family's Japanese confectionery shop. They were part of the shop's inventory.

Made by Kawanoe Paper Mill, this is a natural color type paper with a firm texture, similar to Japanese washi paper.
It appears to be the type used by long-established Japanese confectionery shops for baking Castella and other baked goods.

*Please cut to your desired size for use.
- Quantity: 5 sheets
- Color: Natural color (ecru/unbleached)
- Condition: Unused, but stored as inventory in a Japanese confectionery shop.

As these are long-term storage items, please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking items in perfect, brand-new condition or if you are concerned about minor details. After the shop closed, they were stored in a dark place, wrapped in paper. Please use your own discretion if you intend to use them for food purposes.

These papers can be used not only as liners for Castella and Japanese confectionery but also for baking, gift wrapping, and as general lining paper.

I would be happy to pass these on to someone who can make good use of them, as they were handled with care at my family's shop.
