I received this item from another user and used it for about six months before storing it for nearly two years.
*Operation has been confirmed, and it is in perfect working order.

The dedicated mat has some unremovable dirt and discoloration on the cover from when it was purchased, as shown in the photos. There is also a small tear due to deterioration in one spot.
The dedicated neck cover was washed each time it was used, but as shown in the photos, there is some peeling of the color in parts. Both the mat and neck cover are fine for use, but please check the condition in the photos and let me know if you do not need them.

The controller does not have a lid. Also, there is a part on the power cord that has been reinforced with tape from when it was purchased (photo 14). However, the cord is not broken or exposed; it is simply fixed in place because the reinforcing part of the cord tends to move. It did not cause any issues during use.

Everything shown in the photos is included.
This is a used item, so there is overall signs of use, scratches, and dirt. Please only consider purchasing if you understand this.
