[Points]
?Food is placed in two locations on the top floor of the house, allowing for observation of dubia roach behavior.
?By not using egg cartons, the risk of allergies from dubia roach droppings adhering to egg cartons is significantly reduced.
?Dubia roaches do not prefer plain water and are sensitive to humidity. Therefore, we recommend providing food that contains moisture, such as insect jelly or vegetables, instead of water dishes.
?If feeding powdered food, a food dish will be necessary, which requires replacement and can lead to droppings accumulating and increasing allergy risks. We recommend placing rabbit food in one of the top-floor locations and insect jelly or human food in the other.
?The case is processed so that droppings fall to the bottom.
?The mesh on the lid has fine openings to prevent the entry of fruit flies.
?Magnets on the two shelters connect with the two magnets attached to the floor, preventing the houses from shifting.
?The back of the case is processed to allow for the attachment of a panel heater. Placing a panel heater underneath can cause uneven temperature distribution for the dubia roaches. Furthermore, humidity is a major enemy for dubia roaches. By attaching the heater to the back, we have devised a way for the dubia roaches to regulate their own temperature.
