* Yu-Packet Post has a weight limit of 2kg. Three bags of 120 Churu sticks each weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about weight limits, we will do our best to lighten the package by using OPP bags or other methods to ship it under the limit. Additionally, Yu-Packet Post has restrictions on the longest side (within 34cm) and the sum of three sides (within 60cm), so the packaging may be quite tight. We are doing this to reduce shipping costs and offer the product at a lower price amidst rising costs, so please only purchase if you understand and agree. We pack each item with care and attention, so we appreciate your understanding.

* Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your door, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and ensure you receive the package. Occasionally, packages are returned to us after the 10-day holding period expires. In such cases, we will refuse any future transactions.

* We will post the package by the last collection time of the day to ensure prompt delivery. We will make every effort to deliver it to you as quickly as possible.

* Please request bulk purchases of 4 sets or more. Even with bulk purchases, we cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs are break-even.

* Please note that we generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
