Scientific Name: Anchistrotus sp.

Anchistrotus is a species of insect belonging to the family Membracidae, a type of treehopper.
This is a peculiar treehopper that appears to have a skull pattern when viewed directly from the front, reminiscent of the Death's-head Hawkmoth.
The pronotum of this species can be easily detached, perhaps to act as a decoy when attacked by predators.
