[Note] Regarding Assembly Option Fees

Depending on the shipping and delivery process, if disassembly and assembly work is required due to the shape of the transport route or stairs, an additional option fee may apply.

It is unlikely that disassembly will be necessary as my home has an elevator that can accommodate large items, but please understand that this will be determined by the delivery company on the day of delivery.

If the item is delivered disassembled, you can choose to assemble it yourself or pay the option fee for assembly.
