[Planting Method]
Lay the lawn sheets in a space where compost and soil have been mixed and tilled. Fill any gaps with topsoil, press down on the lawn, and water until the roots take hold.
Beginners are recommended to plant without gaps, a method called beta-bari (full coverage).
If the soil is not fertile before planting, apply base fertilizer. It's also best to remove any large stones for a better finish.
If the laid lawn seems likely to blow away in the wind, securing it to the ground with bamboo skewers will help the roots establish more easily.

For those wanting to plant in small spaces: You can also cut the lawn into your desired shape with a utility knife.

[Care]
Apply top dressing before the lawn's color deteriorates. Use a chemical fertilizer for lawns available at home centers.
Remove weeds frequently.
When the lawn grows tall, cut it with a lawnmower or a grass trimmer for lawns to ensure strong root growth and a beautiful finish.

[Features]
As this is Japanese lawn grass, it will turn brown in winter but become green again in spring, allowing you to experience the changing seasons.

The roots will continue to grow and spread.
This is also perfect for a DIY dog run at home.
