This is a ton-sui (a type of small bowl) with a swirling pattern resembling pinholes scattered over a grass design. Each piece is hand-painted, so they all have unique charm.
Please understand that there may be scratches, black spots, or color variations from the firing process.
This is an unused item that has been stored at home long-term.
Although not very noticeable, there is a small chip on one piece (photo 10). We also have a matching kiridashi chuzara (a type of shallow bowl) with the same pattern and crazing.
We will pack it carefully to prevent breakage and ship it anonymously.
