Wooden makeup box with mirror, Showa retro, Made in Japan, Rare

Thank you for viewing.

This is a wooden makeup box.
It is a substantial piece made of natural wood, engraved with the La Dame Noble series.

With its antique-style, calm design, it creates a wonderful atmosphere as an interior decoration.
It features a removable divider tray in the upper section and drawers in the lower section for functional storage.

[※Important: Mirror Specifications]
A large mirror appears when you open the lid, but due to its structure, it is not designed to be fixed (self-supporting) at angles like 90 degrees.

The lid is designed to fall all the way back when fully opened, so when using the mirror facing you, please lean it against a wall or other support behind it.

*This is a design feature from the time of purchase, not a malfunction. Please understand this in advance and refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.

[Product Condition]
Exterior: There are minor scuffs and small scratches characteristic of natural wood, but no major damage, and the luster of the wood grain remains intact.

Interior: Lined with a gorgeous floral fabric. No noticeable powder stains or liquid spills are observed.

Mirror: Due to age, there are some areas of shiké (black spots or peeling) on the edges. The reflection is not affected, but please understand this as a vintage item.

[Size (Actual Measurements)]
*Please allow for slight errors due to amateur measurements.

[Shipping and Other Information]
The item will be carefully packed with cushioning material and delivered via anonymous shipping.
It has been cherished for many years, but we ask for your understanding that it is a used vintage item.
