This is a jig created to match the EROWA ITS50.
The centering plate and stat bolt are genuine parts, and the stat bolt has been polished to fit.
The keyless chuck is Yukawa brand and can grip round bar electrodes up to φ8.0.
It has grub screws on four sides, allowing for centering with the machine spindle.
The chucking plug shown in the photos will be attached when shipped.
This is a custom-made tool with a completely original design. However, having experience disassembling manufacturer products, I have removed unnecessary mechanisms and improved accuracy during its creation.
The black part of the main body has been Raydent treated.
The keyless chuck part is touched with bare hands, so there may be some rust.
The keyless chuck is hammered into the Jacobs taper.
Purchasing a comparable product from the manufacturer would cost around 200,000 yen.
