Description

The Accu-Center (Super Center) by VERTEX is a tool that attaches to the spindle of a machine tool. By rotating it and bringing its tip into contact with the end face of a workpiece, it detects the X and Y axis reference points (centering and positioning) with high precision (within microns). It features a robust construction and excellent durability.

Applications: Workpiece positioning and origin detection on milling machines, machining centers, etc.
Features: When the spindle is rotated and the tip is brought into contact with the edge of the workpiece, runout disappears, and the position where it stops or begins to slide becomes the reference position (center).
Structure: With a rotation speed of approximately 400-600 RPM, high-precision measurement is possible simply and instantly.
