Add to water, tea, coffee, etc. to your liking. We also recommend adding it to miso soup.
*Recommended usage: 3-4 pumps per glass of water (approx. 150ml)
Add 3-4 pumps to coffee, tea, green juice, or water for taking medication.
Add 4-5 pumps per 1 go (approx. 1.5 cups) of rice when cooking.
