This is horsetail tea.
The horsetail is harvested, shade-dried, chopped, and then heat-treated and sterilized twice using a large-capacity, high-temperature Yokoyama-style drum roaster.
This is not a home appliance like a small food dryer.
It is finished with a fragrant aroma.
Unlike commonly sold products that are merely dried, there is no worry of mold or spoilage.
It is processed into small pieces for better flavor extraction.
