Description

Gyuto knife. Blade length 24.6cm, 153g. The spine is approximately 2.0mm thick near the heel. It is engraved with MASATOSHI, but it appears to be an older brand, only found on the used market. It is a right-handed, single-bevel knife made of carbon steel, such as Japanese steel. Be cautious of rust. Knife oil is essential. Most rust marks have been removed, but upon close inspection, some faint marks may remain, so please check the photos carefully. This item has a strong nostalgic feel of the Showa era. The handle shows minimal wear and seems usable for a considerable time. It has been thoroughly sharpened, honed, and polished. Please see my profile for detailed restoration steps.
