Petty knife, spine thickness 7.5mm

This is a slightly unusual small deba knife with a blade thickness of 7.5mm. We think it's ideal for fish with hard bones that aren't too large (like scorpionfish) or for deboning game meat. Its sharpness is excellent, so it can also be used normally for fish like horse mackerel. It's a genuine construction with layered steel, so we believe it will last for a long time.
