During the heat treatment process using a burner, we carefully apply heat locally while preventing the material from hardening, and then temper it for heat treatment.

[Polishing Finish]
Using four types of polishing compounds, we gradually increase the grit and finish with Blue Magic for final polishing.

[Notes]
After the final polishing, a thin layer of rust inhibitor is applied to make it more resistant to rust.
Rust inhibitor and polishing compound will be included for maintenance.
