USB Mini Hot Mat Foot Warmer

Used a few times.
It wasn't very warm even with my feet in it, just a slight, gentle warmth.
Some reviews said it didn't warm up at all, but...
It did warm up a little.

Cover is approximately 30cm square (washed).
The inner mat is approximately 27.5cm.
The cord is approximately 2m.
The cover has a slightly fuzzy pile fabric on the front and a non-slip backing on the reverse.
A small black mat is inside the cover.

If you use the mat by itself without the included cover, it's a bit warmer. I think it would be easier to use if you put a thin cover on it and use it as a seat cushion for a chair, as it would be less likely to get too hot.
