Japan Vintage Zelkova Single Board Kotatsu Board Tabletop Wooden Solid Wood Showa Retro
132.00 $
Description
Thank you for looking.
This is a zelkova wood slab used as a kotatsu table board.
The edges of the tabletop are slightly raised in a recessed design, making it difficult for small items and drinks to spill over.
The front and back can be distinguished by the shape of the edges, but there is no difference in the wood grain or finish, so both sides can be used.
There is a scratch of about 2 cm and a paint peel of about 1 cm. They are not noticeable, but please check the photos.
There are other minor scratches, but overall it is in beautiful condition and can be used as is without needing any refurbishment.
It was used at my parents' home near a forestry area, and was purchased from a craftsman of some repute.
