The U'Select system allows you to adjust the grind size by simply turning the dial at the bottom of the mill to match the scale.

This system allows for 6 levels of grind adjustment.

Anyone can easily adjust the grind size and grind uniformly.

Dial 1 grinds the finest, and dial 6 grinds the coarsest.

For example, you can use fine pepper for preparing meat and fish, and then sprinkle coarsely ground pepper after the dish is finished, allowing you to quickly change the grind size.


Salt usable with this salt mill:
Crystal salt and rock salt with a grain size of 2-4mm.

*Sea salt cannot be used.

(A dedicated mill for sea salt, the Wet Sea Salt Mill, is available, so please use that.)

*Please use dry salt.

Sea salt, moist salt, and other spices cannot be used.

*Pink rock salt is not recommended as it often has large grain sizes.
