This is a Zeen Titanium Germanium Bracelet.
It is a titanium bracelet with high-purity germanium spheres embedded in it.

High-purity germanium has a weakness of being brittle, and one sphere has broken, leaving four. Therefore, it is being sold as junk.
However, since there are also models with only 3 spheres originally, I believe the effectiveness is not significantly reduced.
