Mr. Yoshio Sada, a master of Do-in (a form of therapeutic exercise), developed the Theta Ring, a ring designed to make breathing easier and promote relaxation.

At the time, I purchased it out of desperation when I became seriously ill, hoping for any relief.
There is a point between the first and second joints of the left thumb that deepens breathing. Wearing the ring on this spot made my breathing much easier and improved my physical condition.

The Theta Ring works simply by being worn on the thumb, stimulating this pressure point, which leads to slower, deeper breathing and a relaxing effect.
